Organic waste streams are received, characterized, and pre-processed. Solid-liquid separation, size reduction, and contaminant removal prepare the feedstock for optimal digestion.

Mixing & Conditioning
Feedstocks are blended to achieve optimal C:N ratios and total solids content. Temperature conditioning ensures ideal micro-biological activity before entering the digester.

Anaerobic Digestion
Core biological conversion in sealed mesophilic (37 °C) or thermophilic (55 °C) reactors. Microorganisms break down organics over 20–30 days, producing raw biogas and nutrient-rich digestate.

Raw biogas is captured from sealed reactor covers and passed through H₂S removal and dehumidification, then upgraded via membrane separation or PSA to achieve 97%+ biomethane purity.

Purified biomethane is routed to CHP engines for combined heat & power, compressed to Bio-CNG for vehicle and industrial fuel, or injected directly into the national gas grid.

Digestate & Resource Recovery
Nutrient-rich digestate is separated into liquid and solid fractions. Liquid bio-fertilizer is applied directly to farmland; solid fractions are composted — completing the circular loop with zero waste.
